Changes will take effect immediately for new enrollments, and for existing active memberships, the updated rules will apply on the next billing cycle following the change.

To change the membership price rules, follow the steps below.

Steps: Access the membership screen

  • Navigate to Billing > Memberships.
  • Access the membership plan you want to edit, price, rules, or both.

  • Adjust the values as needed and save.

The same process and rules apply to both retail and employer membership plans.
