Resending the Invitation Code for SigmaMD Patient App Registration

If a patient hasn’t received their invitation code for the SigmaMD App or you need to resend it because the current code has expired, follow these steps to generate and send a new code.

Step 1: Access the Patient Chart

  • Navigate to the patient’s chart in SigmaMD.

Step 2: Sending a New Invitation Code

  • Click on Chat Messages to open the communication panel.

  • If the patient’s contact information needs updating:
    • Click Update Contact Information.
    • Enter the new details and click Save.

  • Click Resend Invite to generate a new code.

  • Click Confirm to finalize the resend.
  • The new invitation code will be sent to the patient’s email, and the updated expiration date will be displayed in the chat.
