Sending the Invitation Code for SigmaMD Patient Portal Registration
If a patient hasn't received their SigmaMD App invitation, their code has expired, or you're inviting them following a migration to SigmaMD, follow these steps to generate and send a new invitation code.
Step 1: Access the Patient Chart
- Navigate to the patient’s chart in SigmaMD.
Step 2: Sending a New Invitation Code
- Click on Chat Messages to open the communication panel.
- If the patient’s contact information needs updating:
- Click Update Contact Information.
- Enter the new details and click Save.
- Click Resend Invite to generate a new code.
- Click Confirm to finalize the resend.
- The new invitation code will be sent to the patient’s email, and the updated expiration date will be displayed in the chat.
Resending an invitation code ensures patients can register and access their SigmaMD account. If further assistance is needed, contact our support team.
