How Do I Print a Prescription?

Prescriptions are sent immediately to the patient’s app, where they can access them anytime. However, if you need to print a prescription, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Create the Prescription

• Create a prescription and assign a pharmacy. A pharmacy must be added before saving the prescription. 
• Select the prescription and click the 'Print Prescription' button.

Step 2: Print Prescription

• Select whether you need to:
  • Print all prescriptions through their respective pharmacies
  • Print all prescriptions without a pharmacy.
• Input your 4-digit PIN Number and click ‘Print’.

Printing With an Assigned Pharmacy

If you selected to print a prescription with an assigned pharmacy, it will open for printing with the pharmacy assigned.

Printing Without an Assigned Pharmacy

If you selected to print a prescription without assigning a pharmacy, it will open for printing with no pharmacy assigned.
