Why Orders Don't Appear in Diagnostic Provider Portals
When you place a lab or imaging orders through SigmaMD, you may notice that these orders don't appear in the diagnostic provider’s online portal. This is expected behavior.
Why Doesn’t the Order Show Up in the Provider Portal?
Orders submitted in SigmaMD are sent directly to the provider for processing and fulfillment. However, these orders may not sync back to the provider’s web portal, so they won’t appear in the portal interface.
Do I Need to Re-Enter the Order in the Provider Portal?
No. As long as the order was successfully submitted in SigmaMD, the patient can proceed with their diagnostic visit. There’s no need to re-enter it manually.
