How to Update Pricing for Lab and Imaging Tests
You can update the markup, sales tax, and base price for lab and imaging tests configured for your practice. Follow these steps to manage pricing efficiently:
Step 1: Navigate to the Diagnostic Providers Settings
Go to Practice Settings > Diagnostic Providers to view a list of diagnostic providers connected to your practice.
Step 2: Open Charge Items
Click the View charge items icon next to the desired provider.

This will open a page displaying all billable lab or imaging tests associated with that provider.
Step 3: Manage Pricing Information
Use the search bar to locate a test by name or code.

Hover over the test you'd like to update and click Edit item.

In the Edit window: Update the markup, sales tax, or base price
Click Save to confirm your changes.
For fax-based providers, you may also update the test code, test name, and SKU.
