How to Join SigmaMD Office Hours

SigmaMD offers regular Office Hours to help you learn, share, and connect with other SigmaMD users.

Follow these steps to access Office Hours details and join future sessions:

1. Join the SigmaMD Facebook Community

First, join the SigmaMD Facebook Community here.

This is where we post updates, community discussions, and the link to our Office Hours calendar.

Note: The Facebook group is private and requires approval to join. Once you request to join, please allow a short time for approval before you can access the Featured post and calendar link.

2. Find the Featured Post with the Calendar Link

Once you’ve joined the Facebook group, look for the Featured post at the top of the group.

This post includes the link to our public Google Calendar where you can view and subscribe to upcoming Office Hours.

3. View Office Hours and Add Them to Your Calendar

When you open the public Google Calendar, you have two options:

Option 1 — Add Individual Office Hours

  • Click on any Office Hours event you want to attend.
  • Click Copy to my calendar to add that specific event to your personal calendar.

Option 2 — Subscribe to All Office Hours

  • In the bottom-right corner of the calendar page, click Add to Google Calendar.
  • This will subscribe you to the entire SigmaMD Office Hours calendar. Future events will automatically appear in your calendar.
