Changing Your Password

Keeping your account secure is a priority, and changing your password regularly is a good practice. Here’s how you can change your password in SigmaMD Clinician:

• Navigate to the Personal Settings: From the bottom-left menu, click Personal Settings. This opens your profile screen, where you can manage your personal information, credentials, and more.
• Access Profile: Select the Profile tab to access your account details.

• Start the Password Change: In the Account Credentials section, click Change next to the Password field. A modal window will appear. 

• Verify Your Current Password: For security purposes you’ll need to confirm your current password, enter it and click Continue. If you don’t remember it, click Forgot password to begin the password recovery process.

• Enter Your New Password: Type your new password and confirm it by entering it again. Your new password must meet the following requirements: 
  • At least 12 characters
  • One letter
  • One number
  • One special character (e.g. ! # & * _ +)

• Click Save to complete the change.
