Release Notes - July 03, 2025

We’re excited to share this week’s SigmaMD release, bringing meaningful improvements to Scribe and a few quality-of-life updates across the platform.

Scribe Enhancements

This release focuses on making SigmaMD’s AI-powered Scribe more powerful, flexible, and reliable for your day-to-day work.

Faster Note Generation
Scribe now processes and generates clinical notes significantly faster, helping you document with less waiting time.
Multi-Patient Recording Support
You can now manage Scribe recordings across different patients using separate browser tabs.
When starting a new recording in a different tab, the previous one will be paused automatically. For maximum control, our suggested workflow is:
- Start recording for Patient A.
- When you move to Patient B, pause Patient A’s recording.
- Open Patient B in a new tab, start a new recording there.
- When switching back to Patient A, pause B’s recording and resume A’s.
  You can generate notes as usual once all recordings are complete.
Improved Connectivity Handling
Scribe now includes protections to avoid losing audio if your internet connection temporarily drops.

Date of Birth Display
Patient DOB now appears at the top of the chart and in other key screens, making it easier to verify you're in the right chart at a glance.
Invoice Layout & Lab Improvements
Additional fixes and visual adjustments were made to improve lab result handling and invoice readability.
