Minimum Device Requirements for SigmaMD Apps

SigmaMD's mobile apps require a minimum OS version to ensure optimal performance and compatibility with Apple and Google's latest development standards.

Minimum Supported Versions

Both the Patient App and Clinician App require:

• iOS 15.1 or later
• Android 15 or later

Your device must meet these requirements to download, install, and update the app.

iOS

Check your version: Settings → General → About → iOS Version

Update: Settings → General → Software Update

For iPhone model compatibility with iOS 15.1 or later, refer to Apple's reference docs.

Android

Check your version: Settings → About phone → Android version

Update: Settings → System → System update

For device-specific compatibility with Android 15 or later, check your manufacturer's website.

▎ Note: Android tablets and Chromebooks are not currently supported. Please use a standard Android phone.
