Minimum Device Requirements for Using SigmaMD Apps

To ensure the best experience with the SigmaMD mobile apps and to comply with Apple and Google's requirements for app development, your device needs to meet the minimum system requirements.

Minimum Supported Version

Both the Patient App and Clinician App require:

• iOS 15.1 or later
• Android 15 or later

This means your phone must be running the operating systems above or a newer version to download, install, and update the SigmaMD app.

iOS

You can check your device’s current version by going to:

Settings > General > About > iOS Version

If your version is lower than 15.1, you’ll need to update your iOS through:

Settings > General > Software Update

If you're unsure whether your iPhone model supports iOS 15.1 or higher, you can check Apple’s official compatibility list here.

Android

You can check your device’s current version by going to:

Settings > About phone > Android version

If your version is lower than Android 15, you’ll need to update your system through:

Settings > System > System update
