How to Enable Shipping in SigmaMD
SigmaMD’s shipping feature allows you to send medications and other items directly to patients. Before using it, your practice must activate the integration with Shippo.
Step 1: Go to Integrations
From the main menu, head to Practice Settings and select the Integrations tab.
In the Shipping section, click Connect. You’ll be redirected to Shippo’s portal to create or log into your Shippo account.
You must complete the Shippo setup to activate the shipping feature in SigmaMD.
Step 2: Wait for Activation
Once the setup is in progress, you’ll see a status of Processing. When the integration is successfully connected, the status will change to Active, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Step 3: Start Shipping from Invoices
After activation, the shipping option becomes available inside each invoice. When adding medications or items to an invoice, you’ll be able to fill out shipping details and generate a label directly.
Disconnecting the Integration
You can disconnect the Shippo integration at any time from the same Integrations tab.
Once disconnected, the shipping feature will no longer appear in the invoice workflow.
