Viewing and Managing Pharmacy Notifications on the SigmaMD Clinician Mobile App
Stay on top of your prescribing workflow with SigmaMD's centralized area for all your ePrescribe alerts.
Accessing Notifications
From the Patients tab in the SigmaMD Clinician Mobile App, you’ll see a Prescription Alerts banner displaying the total number of outstanding notifications. Tapping this banner will open the ePrescribe Dashboard.
Notification Categories
Inside the dashboard, alerts are grouped into the following categories:
- Transmission Errors
- Pending Prescriptions
- Refill Requests
- RxChange Requests
Each card displays the count of unresolved items so you can quickly identify and act on high-priority tasks.
Navigating to Details
Tap any category to drill down into detailed information and take the necessary actions on those prescriptions.
Best Practices
- Review this area regularly to maintain an up-to-date prescribing queue.
- Prompt attention to alerts helps ensure timely medication access for your patients.
