Release Notes - September 30, 2025

We’re excited to share this week’s SigmaMD update! This release focuses on expanding Scribe into telehealth and making payments more flexible and connected to your clinical workflows.

Scribe for Telehealth Visits

You can now use Scribe during telehealth visits, making it easy to capture patient conversations and generate structured notes—without interrupting the flow of your virtual encounters.

Scribe Feedback & Title Control

After generating a note, you can now provide direct feedback on Scribe’s output to help us improve it. You can also decide whether Scribe should create the note’s title or leave it for you to fill in.

Payments Integrated with Diagnostic Orders & Dispensing

Charges are now seamlessly connected with billing. You can:

• Add lab and imaging orders to existing draft invoices or create a new one on the spot
• Do the same for dispensed medications, ensuring all charges are accounted for in billing

After ordering or dispensing, click on the Create Invoice button to create a new invoice or choose an existing draft to include the charges.

This update helps streamline your workflow and reduces the risk of missed charges.

Refund Pending Payments

Payments in a pending batch status can now be refunded, avoiding unnecessary processing steps and delays. If the payment is still within the time frame to be canceled, SigmaMD will cancel it instantly.

Additional Payment Enhancements

• Mark payments as refunded even if processed outside SigmaMD.
• Allow multiple partial refunds per payment.
• Add credit card and ACH details directly from an invoice.
