How to Configure Aging Seats for Memberships
The Aging Seat feature automatically moves patients to a new seat when they reach the maximum age defined in their current seat. This helps ensure membership rules and pricing adjust as patients age.
Add a Maximum Age to a Seat
- Go to the membership plan settings.
- In the Seats section, create or edit a seat.
- Enter a Max age for the seat.
- Once a max age is set, the Aging Seat row will appear.
- If you remove the max age, the row will disappear.
Assign an Aging Seat
- Select which seat patients should move to once they exceed the maximum age.
- Confirm your selection.
