Eligibility Sync - Steps to Establish Connectivity

Eligibility Sync requires an initial setup to connect an employer’s account to the partner responsible for sending eligibility files. Once configured, SigmaMD will automatically process incoming files and keep the employer’s employee list up to date.

To begin the setup process, you'll need to request the activation of Eligibility Sync for the employer.

Step-by-step

  1. Send an email to help@sigmamd.com

    In the message, indicate which employer you would like to enable Eligibility Sync for.

  2. Provide the partner information

    Include the name of the partner or vendor who will be sending the eligibility file for this employer. This ensures the correct configuration can be established.

  3. SigmaMD configures the connection

    Our team will review the information and complete the necessary setup to enable Eligibility Sync for the employer.

  4. Confirmation of activation

    Once the configuration is complete, our team will notify you. The employer will then begin receiving and processing eligibility files automatically.
