How to Resend an Invite Link to a Team Member
If a team member did not receive the invite email or the link expired, you can easily resend a new invitation directly from the team management page. This avoids the need to remove and recreate the user.
Go to Practice Settings → Team.
Step-by-step
Find the team member you want to resend the invite to.
You can use the search bar or filters to locate the member by name, role, status, or access.
Click the resend invite icon next to the member.

Confirm the resend action.
The system will immediately generate a new link and send the email to the address on file.
Correcting Invites Sent to the Wrong Address
In the case of the email being wrong, you can revoke the invite, then send a new invite with the correct email address.
