How to Create a Work or School Note for a Patient

How to Generate a Work or School Note

1. Create a clinical note

   Open the patient chart and create a new clinical note for the encounter. Add the appropriate details needed for the work or school note.

2. Sign the clinical note

   Review the content and sign the note. Only signed clinical notes can be downloaded as official documents.

3. Download as PDF

   Once signed, download the note as a PDF. The file will automatically be generated using your practice letterhead.
