Action Buttons Not Visible in DoseSpot Notifications
If you are unable to see the action buttons in the DoseSpot notification tables (such as Rx Change Requests, Pending Rx, Rx Refill Requests, or Rx Errors), the issue is typically related to browser zoom settings.
The action buttons are located in the last column of the table. If your screen is zoomed in, that column may be pushed off-screen and not visible.
Why This Happens
When browser zoom is set above 100%, the table may not fully fit within your screen width. As a result, the right-most column — which contains the action buttons — may be hidden.
Solution
Simply zoom out in your browser.
Mac:
Press Command (⌘) + -
Windows:
Press Ctrl + -
Continue zooming out until the full table width is visible and the action buttons appear.
