Release Notes – June 17, 2026

This update covers a wide range of improvements — from smarter AI-assisted charting to broader lab and EHR connectivity. The changes are designed to reduce manual steps during documentation, ordering, and patient enrollment.

Scribe Code Suggestions

When Scribe extracts problems and procedures from a visit transcript, it now suggests the matching ICD-10 or CPT code directly in the actions tray, shown next to each item.

Vitals Entry Improvements

Two ergonomic changes have been made to the vitals entry flow.

Blood pressure: After entering three digits in the systolic field, the focus moves automatically to the diastolic field. Tabbing still works as before.

Height: The height field now accepts separate feet and inches inputs. The patient's most recent height is also pre-populated when entering a new weight, so BMI calculates automatically without re-entering height each visit.

EHR Connectivity and Lab Directory Updates

More Epic-connected health systems are now supported through the patient-connected portals option. Check this article for instructions on how patients can connect to their portals.

More labs have been added to the electronic interface directory. When adding a diagnostic provider in clinic settings, the combobox now includes a broader list of electronic labs. See the full list here.

Inline Image Upload in Notes, Tasks, and Messages

You can now paste or drag-and-drop images directly into clinical notes, tasks, chat messages, and broadcast messages.

Fax Imaging Compendium and Test Code Search

Fax imaging is now backed by a standardized internal catalog.

When ordering via a fax provider, tests can be searched by name, CPT code, or test code. Previously, only name search was supported for fax-based providers.

CPT code badges are shown alongside test names in the results. Favorites and charge item creation for client-bill orders work the same way they do for electronic orders.

More Data Added to the API

Referral records and telehealth session data are now available via the external API. List endpoints support search, sorting, and date-range filters. Chat endpoints now include the chat type description on getChat and listChats responses.

Forms Improvements

When adding a new patient, forms can now be selected and sent directly from the Add Patient dialog. Forms are delivered as soon as the patient is created.

Also, patients now receive a PDF copy of their completed form responses by email. This happens automatically after form submission, no action is required from you.

Other Improvements

DICOM File Viewer: DICOM (.dcm) imaging files in the patient drive can now be previewed directly in the browser, including multi-frame images with frame-by-frame navigation. No external software needed.

Cancel a Scheduled Membership Cancellation: A scheduled cancellation on a retail or employer membership plan can now be reversed before it takes effect. The option is available on the membership detail page.

Fax numbers: Deactivated fax numbers now appear inline in the list when the show-inactive toggle is on.
