Release Notes – July 01, 2026
This week's update introduces an early-access AI assistant, more control over automated chat replies, and a refreshed way to browse patient files. These improvements are designed to help you work faster inside the chart and communicate more efficiently with patients.
Sigma AI (Beta)
Sigma AI is a new in-app assistant, now available to all clinics at no additional cost while in beta. It appears as an icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen and lets you ask natural-language questions about a patient's chart, such as pulling up context or lab results, instead of clicking around to find it yourself. It can also suggest ICD-10 codes. You can also use the keyboard shortcut ⌘ + / on Mac or Ctrl + / on Windows.
This is a beta release, meaning Sigma AI is currently read-only: it can answer questions and pull chart context, but it does not yet draft notes or modify anything. It also does not yet have access to your schedule or inbox — those are on the roadmap for upcoming releases.
We're actively gathering feedback to shape its next steps, so please don't hesitate on sharing yours.

Auto-Reply Customization
Automated Replies let your clinic send instant, automatic responses when a patient starts a chat or when a conversation goes unanswered for a while, so patients know their message was received. You can customize these rules from Practice Settings > Communication > Edit replies, including which membership plans, locations, chat categories, and time windows they apply to.

Unified Patient Drive File Viewer
Viewing files in a patient's Drive is now more consistent. Images and documents share a single, unified toolbar, so the controls no longer change depending on file type.
