Release Notes – July 15, 2026

This release brings more flexibility to employer billing, new tools for reviewing and annotating forms, better vital threshold controls, and a long list of fixes across the platform.

Retroactive Employer Membership Enrollment and Invoice Editing

The manual enrollment form now lets you enroll an employer-paid patient with a start date in the past, bringing it to parity with how automatic EDI enrollment already worked. Any adjustments are synced into the open draft invoice automatically instead of requiring a manual correction.

Memberships on an employer invoice can also be edited directly from the invoice screen: remove rows or edit a row's amount as needed. Changes will be reflected on that invoice only, not affecting the original membership.

New Annotation Form Field

Forms now support a new Annotation field type in the form builder. Your practice fills it in when creating the form, for example with instructions or notes, and patients see it as read-only when filling out the form.

Form Response Review and Archive Workflow

Form responses now carry a review status you can track through their lifecycle, similar to diagnostic orders. Additionally, responses can now be archived or unarchived as needed.

Vital Threshold Improvements

Vital thresholds support a sex-at-birth filter and finer age granularity, down to days, weeks, or months, so thresholds can be tuned more precisely for each patient population.

Auto Follow-Up Tasks

A follow-up task can now be created automatically whenever a lab, imaging order, or referral is sent, so nothing slips through after the order goes out. It will be assigned to the ordering clinician.

To enable it, go to your Personal Settings, then open the Preferences screen, and turn "Automatically create a task for orders" on. You can also customize when the tasks are due.

Lock "Problems" From Patient View

Problems can now be private from the patient's view. Check "Restrict patient access" when adding or editing a problem from the chart.

Engagement Criteria on Broadcasts

New filters allow you to target your broadcast messages based on the patient's last signed note date, and last or next appointment date. Perfect for engagement follow-ups.

Also New

  • A new option was added to the patient files, allowing for sending a file in a chat directly from the file list or viewer.
  • Improved search for tests of diagnostic providers based on fax connections.
  • Add a new patient email notification for new chat messages.
