Troubleshooting External Calendar Connections

1. External events still appearing in SigmaMD calendar after disconnecting an external calendar

When you disconnect an external calendar from SigmaMD, the changes usually take effect immediately. However, in some cases, external events may remain visible in your calendar for up to 15 minutes after disconnection.

Given this, we recommend waiting about 15 minutes before checking your calendar again to ensure that all external events have been removed.

2. My external events are not blocking my SigmaMD calendar

If your account is connected to one or both external calendar options, events created in those external calendars can also block your SigmaMD calendar as long as they are marked as Busy.
