Troubleshooting Scribe

1. Recovering a Scribe recording that wasn't finished

If your Scribe recording has been interrupted for any reason, such as closing the SigmaMD tab mid-recording, you can recover it with ease.

To do it, open the chart of the patient you were recording the note for. Once in it, enter the Notes tab, in the upper area of the screen. There, you will see your scribe recording. Click on the Resume button.

This will open the Scribe recording as if had just paused recording. 

Now, you can either resume the recording, discard it, or generate the Scribe note.
