Connecting to Health Compiler

Health Compiler is a partner integration that connects to your practice through the SigmaMD API to fetch utilization reports. Once connected, SigmaMD issues Health Compiler a secure, read-only credential. It can read data, but it can never create, edit, or delete anything in SigmaMD.

Connecting Your Practice

1. Go to Practice Settings › Integrations.
2. On the Health Compiler card, click Connect.

Only a practice Admin can connect or disconnect Health Compiler. Your practice also needs an email on file (either the practice’s own email or the responsible clinician’s); connecting will fail without one.

What Health Compiler Can Access

The connection is read-only and covers:

• Patient, clinician, and user records, and clinic locations
• Clinical data: Conditions, medications, prescriptions, lab results, and procedures
• Scheduling: Appointment types, appointments, and telehealth
• Memberships, employers, and charge items
• Chats and reports

Disconnecting Your Practice

1. Go to Practice Settings › Integrations.
2. On the Health Compiler card, click Disconnect.
3. Confirm in the dialog.

Access is revoked immediately, and Health Compiler can no longer fetch utilization reports. It’s safe to click Disconnect more than once if you’re not sure whether it went through.

Important

• Health Compiler requires an API license. If your practice doesn’t already have the API license, connecting Health Compiler notifies our team to add it to your account; you don’t need to request API access separately first. See sigmamd.com/pricing for current pricing.
