Shipment History

The Shipment History screen lists every shipment your practice has created, across all invoices. Find it under Billing > Shipment History.

Columns

Left to right, the table shows:

  • Shipment Number — the shipment's number, once a label has been purchased for it.
  • Recipient — the patient the shipment is addressed to.
  • Shipment Date — the date the shipment is set to ship.
  • Shipment Status — where the package is, for example Processing, Shipped, Delivered or Canceled.
  • Tracking Number — the carrier tracking number, once available.
  • Shipping Label — the label's own status, for example Label created, Refunded or Label failed.
  • Shipping Method — the carrier service used, for example USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Shipping Rate — what the label cost.
  • Location — which practice location the shipment belongs to. This column only appears for practices with more than one location.

Expanding a Row

Select the arrow at the start of a row to expand it and see what's inside that package — each item and its quantity.

Filtering and Searching

Each of the Recipient, Shipment Status, Shipping Label, Shipping Method and Location columns has its own filter, opened from an icon in the column header. Use the search box above the table to find a shipment by shipment or tracking number.

Sorting

Sort the table by shipment number, shipment date, or shipping rate, in ascending or descending order, using the sort control above the table. By default, the list is sorted by shipment date, newest first.

Row Actions

Hover over a row to reveal its actions:

  • Open invoice — go to the invoice the shipment belongs to.
  • A label icon to view (or generate) the shipping label and packing slip.
  • View details — open the shipment's details side panel.

Shipment Details

Selecting View details opens a side panel with everything about that shipment: Package Content (its items), Package Details (measurements and whether a packing slip is included), Addresses (sender and recipient), and Tracking (shipment date, status, label, tracking number, method and rate).

Downloading a CSV

Select Download CSV above the table to export the shipments currently shown, including any filters and search you've applied.

If Shipping Isn't Set Up

Practices that haven't connected a shipping integration see a Shipping Not Set Up Yet message instead of the table, with a Set up shipping button that takes you to the integration settings.
