Pending Clinic Prescriptions

In-house prescriptions can be started and left waiting to be dispensed. The Pending clinic prescriptions card on the home screen keeps them in view, so nothing sits unfinished.

What The Card Shows

The card counts dispense orders that have medications added but haven't been dispensed yet. Click the expand icon on the card to open the list. Each row is one medication, newest first, with:

• The date the order was created
• The patient and medication name
• The clinic location, in practices with more than one location

Finishing a Pending Prescription

Hover over a row and click Review. The order opens on the dispensing screen, where you can complete and dispense it.

Filtering The List

Use the filter icon to narrow the list by Assigned clinician, Clinic location (in practices with more than one location), or a date range. Your filters stay in place the next time you open the list on the same browser.
