Is Scribe Available for Telehealth?

Not at the moment—but support is coming soon.

Currently, Scribe is not integrated directly into the built-in Telehealth feature. However, we’re actively working on enabling Scribe for video visits within the SigmaMD platform.

In the meantime, if you’re conducting a phone visit with a patient, you can still use Scribe:

• Navigate to a patient chart.
• Enable Scribe while on the phone call.
• If your phone is on speaker mode, Scribe will pick up the conversation and generate a clinical note as usual.

This allows you to benefit from Scribe’s documentation even before full Telehealth integration is live.
