Impact of Sleep Mode on Notifications
It's important to be aware of how your device's "sleep mode" settings can affect the reception of desktop notifications from SigmaMD Clinician.
When a device enters sleep mode, it typically halts most activities and processes to conserve energy, including the reception of new notifications. As a result, if your computer is in sleep mode, you may not receive timely notifications from SigmaMD Clinician.
To ensure that you are always up-to-date and responsive to critical alerts, consider adjusting your device's sleep mode settings, or periodically check SigmaMD Clinician if you expect important updates.
Following these steps should enable you to receive crucial notifications. Should you encounter any issues, our support team is readily available for assistance.
