Accessing the Content Library

1. On the Chart Screen, open an ongoing conversation and click on the button with a newspaper icon on top of the message field to open up the content library.
2. Here, you have access to a vast library of articles and videos from WebMD Ignite on a multitude of health topics.

Searching for Content

1. Use keywords related to the topic you are interested in to search for specific content. For instance, for articles on diabetes, simply type "diabetes" in the search bar.
2. The search results will provide a list of relevant articles and videos for you to choose from.

Previewing Content

1. Click on the title of any article or video to preview the content.
2. This ensures that the material is appropriate and meets the informational needs of your patient.

Bookmarking Content

1. While previewing an article or video, click on the bookmark icon located in the top right corner of the preview window to add the item to your bookmarks list.
2. Access your bookmarks anytime by clicking on the "Bookmarks" tab located at the top left of the content library page.

Sharing Content

1. Select the content you wish to share by clicking on the select box located on the left side of the title. You can select multiple items if needed.
2. Click on the "Share" button to send the selected content to your patient.
3. The shared content will now be available for your patient on their SigmaMD mobile app home screen and on the encounter's details screen.

Reviewing Shared Content

1. On the Encounter Screen, review all content shared by you or other clinicians under the "Wellness and Prevention" category by expanding the "Shared health education content" section.
2. Click on "View" to read the article or watch the shared video.
