Retrieve up to a year's worth of a patient's medication history. Access is restricted to clinical staff and provider accounts.
Medication history comes from two key sources:
- Pharmacy Fill Data
- Payer Claims Information (PBM data)
- Navigate: Launch the Dr. First modal and click 'Show Medication History' in the Medications widget.
- Select Time Frame: Use the drop-down list to set your desired review period.
- Review & Add: Examine the displayed history. To add medications to the patient's current list, check the box next to the prescription and click 'Add to Active Medications'.
