1. Access Profile Settings
- Click on the person icon located at the top right of any screen in SigmaMD Clinician.
- Select 'Profile' from the dropdown menu.
2. Navigate to Personal Information
- In the left menu, click on 'Personal Information'.
3. Initiate Password Change
- Click on 'Change' next to 'Change your password'.
- For security verification, type in your current password in the field provided.
4. Create a New Password
- Enter your new password in the 'New password' field.
- Ensure your password complies to all rules for a stronger security measure:
- A minimum of 12 characters.
- At least one letter.
- At least one number.
- At least one special character (e.g. ! # & * _ +).
- Confirm your new password by retyping it in the 'Confirm New Password' field.
- Click on the 'Save password' button to update your password. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that your password has been successfully changed. You can now use it on your next login.
