The SigmaMD Clinician home screen offers quick access to your chat conversations. This article will guide you through the different sections of the encounter lists on the home screen and demonstrate how to effectively navigate them.
Below the prescription counters provided by Dr.First on the home screen, you'll find five message inboxes:
1. Your inbox
- Lists all the chats that are still open with you as the assignee person.
- A purple dot marks the conversations with new messages and an "unanswered" tag marks the conversations where the patient is still waiting for a reply.
2. Following
- Lists all active chats that you are following but are not the assignee.
- Filters by the assigned person or the patient can help you navigate the list.
3. Unassigned
- Here is the inbox for all new conversations initiated by patients without an assigned person to it.
- A counter helps you to quickly view how's the list of patients wanting to talk with your practice.
4. All chats
- Lists all active chats ongoing on the practice.
- Filters by the assigned person or the patient can help you navigate the list.
5. Resolved chats
- This inbox lists all the chats that have been resolved, so you can consult them at any time in the future.
Urgent Identification
- Encounters tagged with a red urgent tag are initiated by patients reporting symptoms that our triage system has identified as potential emergencies.
- It's important to prioritize these red-flagged encounters for prompt and appropriate care.
This streamlined layout of encounters on the home screen facilitates a smoother workflow, allowing you to manage patient communications and care efficiently. Should you have any questions or need further assistance in navigating the home screen, our support team is always ready to assist.
