Overview of the Patient Screen
The Patient Screen on SigmaMD Clinician is your gateway to managing and interacting with your patients. It’s organized to provide a clear snapshot of your patient list along with essential details to streamline your workflow. Here’s an overview of the functionality and information the Patient Screen offers.
Table Overview and Patient Status
The Patient Screen table in SigmaMD Clinician lays out your patient list, and can show each patient’s status, full name, preferred name, MRN, date of birth, age, phone number, email, and Tags, plus an indicator when a patient has a caregiver or is a care-recipient.
Patient search is flexible and matches on a partial name, date of birth, phone, email, or MRN. You can also filter and sort the list by Created On date, and use the header menu at the top of the table for more list options.
In the status column, you'll see "Subscriber" or "Inactive". The difference between them is more visible on the patient side, where Inactive patients cannot initiate new conversations or schedule appointments through the mobile app.
