Table Overview and Patient Status
The Patient Screen table in SigmaMD Clinician neatly lays out your patient list, detailing each patient's status, full name, sex at birth, birthdate, city, and state. In the status column, you'll see either "Invite sent" indicating an invitation has been sent to the patient to join SigmaMD, or "Subscriber" once the patient has installed the SigmaMD mobile app, registered for an account, and associated with your practice.
Inviting a Patient

Actions for Subscribed Patients
Once the patient's status changes to "Subscriber", two action links become available for that patient:
- Start encounter: Clicking this link initiates a new general encounter with the patient, helping you begin the consultation process on the encounter screen.
- View more: Selecting this link opens a side sheet that provides additional patient information including contact and demographic data. In this side sheet, there is also a button to start a new general encounter should you wish to engage with the patient.
