When initiating your first call, the browser will ask you to allow SigmaMD to have access to your camera and microphone. In case you deny it the call won't work properly and here are the steps to grant this permission again.
Google Chrome
- Click here to access SigmaMD Clinician at your Chrome settings and change the permissions for Camera and Microphone from "Ask" or "Block" to "Allow".
Safari
- Click on "Safari" at your screen's top left corner to open the browser's menu and click on "Settings".
- A window will open with the browser settings, select the tab "Websites".
- Select "Camera" and change the SigmaMD permission to "Allow".
- Repeat for "Microphone".
Firefox
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
- Click Privacy & Security from the left menu.
- Scroll down to the Permissions section.
