Chat Inboxes
- Your inbox: All of the ongoing chats that you are assigned to. A purple dot shows that an unread message is awaiting in the inbox.
- Following: All of the ongoing chats that you are added as a follower. A purple dot shows that an unread message is awaiting in the inbox.
- Unassigned: All of the ongoing chats that don't have an assignee. The counter shows how many new messages are there waiting.
- All Chats: All active chats on the practice, from all patients and assignees.
- Resolved Chats: Lists all chats that were marked as resolved.
All inboxes are organized showing the chat with the latest update at the top of the list.
