Make sure to keep the slug concise and relevant to the membership plan or target audience.

Membership Plans: Select the membership plans available through this link. You can choose multiple plans, giving potential members options that suit their needs.

Payment Methods: Decide which payment methods you will accept for the memberships. Options include Cash, Check, Charge Card, and ACH. You can enable or disable each method based on what your practice supports.
