Welcome to the latest update! Below is a detailed breakdown of all the improvements, bug fixes, and new features introduced in this release. These changes are aimed at enhancing your experience and making the platform more efficient for your practice.
We also want to take a moment to thank you for your ongoing feedback and support. Your insights help us continuously improve and create a better experience for everyone.
Improvements and New Features
Patients table
The patients' table now displays the patient's creation date and an icon next to the mobile number marks the patients with a SigmaMD Patient App account. Shortcuts were added to the patient's name cell to open the patient's payment information or files.
The table ordering options were also reviewed, including Created On and Last Name and the table is now paginated, showing the total count of patients on the bottom left.
Calendar
We made it easier to compare the daily calendars of multiple providers. Now, when visualizing the daily calendar, as you add new providers they will appear as new columns, side by side.
Appointments
You can now add internal notes to your practice's appointments, alongside patient instructions. These notes are only visible to your team and can be used for internal coordination without being seen by the patient.
Patient records
When adding a new record, you now have the option to 'Save and Add Another' without closing the form, making the process faster. Additionally, the record can automatically be included in your draft note, inserted exactly where you last placed your text cursor.
Lab ordering
For new lab orders, we've clarified whether you're searching only for lab tests with available pricing or for all tests offered by the provider, including those without pricing information.
Unsure if the patient will use insurance for their labs? No problem—now you can change the payment option for an order before it's sent to the laboratory.
When adding diagnosis codes to an order, you can now choose between searching and adding from the patient's list diagnostics or the full ICD-10 list.
