We're excited to bring you the latest updates! In this release, you'll find a summary of the newest features, improvements, and bug fixes. Each change is designed to streamline your workflow and enhance the overall experience on the platform.

Improvements and New Features
Patients table
We added new columns and filters to the patients' table, making it easier to find the patients who have a Patient App account and to filter patients by their current membership plans. By default, the patient status filter will also be set to Active, to speed up your routine.
Addresses
We made it easier to fill in addresses on all forms. The 'Street line 1' field will suggest five addresses and by selecting a suggestion, it prevents errors and automatically fills the other fields. If your desired address is not suggested, no problem, you can still type and save the address.
Appointments
The Overview section of the Patient Chart shows up to the next five appointments and if there are more to come, you can click on 'View all' to go to the full list at the Encounters tab.
On-Call Number
Add an On-Call Number to your practice's Public Profile setting so patients know the right number to call when needed. We'll be soon showing it on your practice profile on the Patient App and adding it to an automated message to chats initiated by patients outside of the your working hours.
General Updates
More than 70 bug fixes and small improvements were made in this release.
These include various updates across multiple features like fax, memberships, payments, and more. Each fix helps improve stability and user experience in the platform. If you encounter any ongoing issues, please get in touch with us for help.
Here are some examples of improvements made:
- Babies up to two years now have their age shown in months.
- Improved management of appointments on the patient app.
- Sync of medication prescriptions printed without pharmacy.
- Reviewed notifications.
