If you need to apply a markup on diagnostic client-billed charges, there are two ways to do it: adding a markup on the category or adding a markup on individual items. Follow the steps below to adjust pricing as needed.

Option 1: Add a Markup to a Charge Category

This method applies a markup to all items within a specific category.

Step 1: Navigate to Charge Categories

• Go to Billing > Charge Items

Step 2: Edit the Category

• Find the category you want to adjust.
• Hover over it with your mouse.
• Click the Edit category button when it appears.

Step 3: Apply the Markup

In the pop-up window, select the type of markup you want to use.

• Enter the markup value.
• Click Save.
