If you need to archive a membership plan in SigmaMD, follow these steps to ensure it is properly removed from active use.
Step 1: Check for Associated Patients
- A membership plan cannot be archived if there are active patients associated with it.
- Ensure that no patients are currently enrolled in the plan before proceeding.
Step 2: Remove Any Associated Enrollment Links
- Navigate to the Enrollment Links section and either remove the membership from associated enrollment links or archive the enrollment links themselves before proceeding.
Step 3: Archive the Membership Plan
- Go to the Membership Plans screen.
- Locate the membership plan you wish to archive.
- Click the Archive button next to the membership name.
Final Notes
- Once archived, the membership plan will no longer be available for new enrollments.
- If needed, you can unarchive the membership plan or create a duplicate from the archived version for future use.
