Payment Method for SigmaMD Subscription

Q: I just received my first invoice as a clinician using SigmaMD, and it says ACH. Will that come from the bank account we are using for membership?

A: Yes, your SigmaMD subscription payment will be deducted from the same bank account used for your patient membership and charge item deposits.

Q: Can I attach the SigmaMD subscription payment to a credit card?

A: No, at this time, payments via credit card are not an option. ACH is the only available payment method.
