Vitals Entry in Imperial and Metric

SigmaMD allows users to enter vitals using either Imperial or Metric units. This flexibility ensures compatibility with different measurement standards. Follow these steps to switch between unit systems when adding or managing vitals.

Switching Units in the Vitals Entry Form

• Open the Add Vitals or Manage Vitals form.
• Locate the Switch Units button.

• Click the Switch Units button to toggle between Imperial and Metric measurements.
• The selected unit system will apply to the following measurements:
  • Temperature
  • Weight
  • Height
  • Waist Circumference
  • Head Circumference
