If you’re not receiving notifications from the SigmaMD Mobile App, it’s possible that push notifications are disabled on your device. This article explains how to check your notification settings and enable them for both iOS and Android devices.
For iOS
- Open the Settings App
From your home screen, tap on the Settings icon. - Scroll to Find the SigmaMD App
Scroll down and tap on SigmaMD in the app list. - Tap on Notifications
In the SigmaMD settings, tap Notifications. - Enable Notifications
Make sure Allow Notifications is toggled ON.
Also enable Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners to ensure alerts are visible. - Choose Alert Style
Select your preferred alert style (Temporary or Persistent) and make sure Sounds and Badges are enabled if desired.
For Android Devices
Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on your device brand and Android version.
- Open Settings App
From your home screen or app drawer, tap Settings. - Go to Apps
Tap Apps (or Applications) > SigmaMD. - Tap Notifications
Within the SigmaMD app settings, tap Notifications. - Enable All Notifications
Toggle ON all categories of notifications you wish to receive.
Make sure nothing is marked as "Blocked" or "Silent" if you want to receive alerts.
Confirm Notifications Are Working
After enabling notifications, you should begin receiving alerts from the SigmaMD app. If you're still not seeing them:
- Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is turned off.
- Ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
- Log out and back into the app to refresh notification permissions.
