After sending a broadcast, you’ll want to know how it performed — who received it, and whether anything failed to deliver. Here’s how to check.
Step 1: Go to the Broadcast tab
This shows a list of all your past messages, their send status, and the number of recipients for chat and email. If a delivery fail happens, it will be display underneath the recipients counter.
This example shows a broadcast sent to 47 patients. Two of the emails failed delivery, therefore 45 got to patient's inbox.
Step 2: Open a message
Over a sent message title, click on the arrows button ('View message'). A sheet will open on the right of your screen with more details.
At the bottom, click on the arrows button ('View recipient list') to view the list of patients.
You can also review the sent message by clicking on the 'View message' button on top right.
Step 3: Track responses
If a member replies to a broadcast sent via chat, their reply will show up in your inbox like any other message. You’ll also see the label "Broadcast message" to help you keep track.
Broadcast gives you the confidence to communicate at scale while keeping an eye on every detail.
