This week’s update brings foundational improvements to charge item handling—particularly around medications—as well as enhancements to lab configuration, payments, and more.
Schedule Chat Messages
You can now schedule messages and internal notes to be sent at a specific time.
Choose from preset options like "Tomorrow at 08:00" or pick a custom date and time—perfect for following up or sending reminders outside working hours.
New Medication Workflow
We've updated the medication removal flow to match Dosespot’s standard.
Start dates are now optional, and when removing a medication, you’ll be asked to provide a reason—whether it was completed, discontinued, or added by mistake.
The medication's status list was also updated to: active, completed, discontinued, mistake.
Set a Membership Price Cap
You can now apply a price ceiling to any membership plan.
This ensures that patients enrolled under retail rules or employers will never be charged above the defined max value, no matter their membership composition or additional discounts. Useful for when you have a maximum family price.
