SigmaMD allows clinicians to manually upload scanned documents such as signed membership agreements directly to a patient's membership record. Follow the steps below to complete the upload.
Step 1: Access Membership Details
Locate the specific membership you'd like to upload the document to, then click View details.
Step 2: Open Document Upload Modal
In the side panel that appears, scroll to the Terms section. Click the + button.
Step 3: Upload Scanned Files
Upload the scanned, signed documents (e.g., PDF or image file).
Note: Documents uploaded here will be permanently attached to the membership and accessible to the patient via the SigmaMD Patient App.
