You can easily name or update a chat title from both the inbox and the patient chart. A clear chat title helps quickly identify the purpose or context of the conversation.
From the Inbox
- Open the Inbox from the main navigation.
- Select the chat you want to rename.
- Locate the chat title field for the conversation.
- Enter the new title directly into the field.
- Click Save to apply the change.
From the Patient Chart
- Open the Patient Chart.
- Navigate to the Chat tab.
- Click on the chat title at the top of the chat window.
- Type your desired title and press Enter or Return to apply the change.
Once saved, the new title will appear across SigmaMD for all users with access to the chat.
