If you need to bring past lab results from Quest Diagnostics into SigmaMD, you can do so easily using your Quest Quanum portal.
Step 1: Move the Lab Result to Your Practice in Quest Quanum
If a previous lab result exists in Quest but is not yet associated with your current practice, you can manually move or add that result to your practice within the Quanum portal.
Once added, SigmaMD will automatically download the result from Quest into your lab inbox.
Step 2: Assign the Lab Result to the Patient in SigmaMD
After the lab result appears in SigmaMD, it will initially appear as unmatched. Follow the steps in this article to associate it with a patient: Managing Unmatched Lab Results. Once assigned, the lab result will appear in the patient’s chart.
