Patients retain access to their SigmaMD Patient App even after their chart or membership status becomes inactive with the clinic. This ensures they can retrieve personal health information, including chat history, if needed.
Important Notes:
- Patient app access is not tied to membership or chart status: Patients keep app access until they request account closure with SigmaMD.
- Download option: While patients can view their health data and chats in the app, there is currently no built-in export or download function. Clinics may generate a note with health data and chat history and share the note as a PDF with the patient.
