Why Doesn’t the Order Show Up in the Provider Portal?
Electronic orders submitted via SigmaMD are sent directly to the provider’s internal systems for processing and fulfillment. However, these orders do not sync back to the provider’s web portal, so they won’t appear in the portal interface.
Do I Need to Re-Enter the Order in the Portal?
No. As long as the order was successfully submitted through SigmaMD, the patient can proceed with their diagnostic visit. There’s no need to re-enter it manually.
