Download Patient List

You can export a list of patients directly from the Patients screen in SigmaMD. This is useful for reporting, audits, or managing patient data externally.

How to Download the Patient List

1. Go to the Patients list screen in the main navigation.
2. Use the available filters to narrow down your list as needed (e.g., Assigned clinician, Chart status, Membership Plan, App User).
3. Once the desired filters are set, click the Download CSV button.

The exported CSV file will contain patient information columns relevant to the filter selection.
